The Light Rail Transit Authority (LRTA) has officially launched the celebration of ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐’ ๐๐๐๐๐ (NCM) with FREE rides for children and youth below 18 years old on November 3, 2025, alongside the recitation of the Panatang Makabata during the Monday flag ceremony.
โLRTAโs Committee on Child Protection, Safety, and Welfare has prepared a series of activities in honor of National Childrenโs Month,โ said Administrator Hernando T. Cabrera. โWe are committed to ensuring that every child who rides our trains feels safe, respected, and valued. These initiativesโfree rides, visible advocacy materials, and staff participationโreflect our dedication to creating a child-friendly transit environment where young commuters can travel with confidence.โ
