The Light Rail Transit Authority (LRTA) has adopted a four-day onsite work arrangement as part of its support for the government’s energy conservation efforts amid the ongoing conflict in the Middle East.
Under the arrangement, non-frontline services personnel of the LRTA will report on-site from Mondays to Thursdays, while a work-from-home (WFH) setup will be implemented on Fridays.
According to LRTA Administrator Atty. Hernando Cabrera, the agency fully supports the initiative to conserve energy while maintaining efficient public service.
“The LRTA remains committed to supporting the government’s energy conservation efforts while ensuring that our operations and services to the riding public remain uninterrupted. Through this arrangement, we continue to uphold efficiency, sustainability, and reliable service for our commuters,” Cabrera said.
